Needs  : 

• 3055 Transistor
• Resistance 220 Ohms and 22 Ohms. 
• 12-0-12 Transformer.
• 12 Volt Battery. 

Now just make connection like this picture.

 After connection just connect battery and check

it will sound like as beep beep.

That's mean it's running.
